About the role
- Establish and lead a new centralized Program Management Office (PMO) for Enterprise Payments
- Define the vision, structure, processes, and tools for a best-in-class PMO
- Ensure programs and projects are prioritized, sequenced, and managed to deliver against business objectives
- Build upon current project management capabilities while introducing new standards, templates, and tools to drive consistency and efficiency
- Establish governance frameworks, performance dashboards, and executive reporting
- Lead a team of program/project managers and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Partner with executives and stakeholders to align on priorities, manage expectations, and communicate progress
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and interconnections across initiatives and drive solutions
- Define success metrics and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 4 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry
- At least 5 years of experience leading in process, project or program management
- At least 5 years of people management experience
- At least 5 years of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- At least 10 years of project management or program management experience (preferred)
- At least 6 years in the Banking Industry (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in payments (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience establishing and managing a project management office in a matrixed environment (preferred)
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
