Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing sof tware delivery projects using Agile methodologies
- Experience planning, scheduling, coordinating, and delivering complex IT projects for clients
- Experience with risk management, resource planning, project controls, and project management tools such as Jira and MS project
- Experience leading cross-function technical teams fielding technical solutions utilizing various technical frameworks
- Knowledge of sof tware development concepts, best practices, and developing client solutions
- Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Nice If You Have: Experience with performance management improvement in support of IT governance
- Nice If You Have: Experience with vendor management ensuring that vendors, contracts, and Service Level Agreements are aligned
- Nice If You Have: Project Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification
- Nice If You Have: Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, or Agile Project Delivery Management ( APM ) Certification
