About the role
- Lead and oversee strategic projects to optimize business processes and drive initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive team providing strategic counsel and insights
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion
- Oversee and optimize Business Strategy Workflow process
- Conduct business analysis and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders and supervise/mentor a team
- Develop and implement strategies and track performance
- Facilitate change management and ensure smooth transitions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business consulting or a related field, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Advanced PowerPoint Skills: Expertise in designing impactful presentations
- Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications are a plus
