💰 $155,300 - $194,900 per year
About the role
- Drive strategy and execute on high priority / high visibility projects related to the Discover technology transition.
- Work on large scale projects across the technology organization.
- Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate or escalate as needed.
- Plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery, including feasibility, design, planning and implementation.
- Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation.
- Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional key stakeholders to understand processes and drive results.
- Identify ways to improve and streamline business process.
- Exhibit a proven track record of project management, quickly putting structure in place to manage the work.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills to manage, inform, and influence outcomes across all levels.
- Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 Years of Project Management experience
- At least 4 years Agile experience
- Masters or MBA degree (preferred)
- 6+ years of Project Management experience (preferred)
- 3+ years of Project Management experience within the Technology industry (preferred)
- 2+ years of Jira experience (preferred)
- 2+ years of Confluence experience (preferred)
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem solving and influencing skills
- Work experience achieving results with complex projects
