About the role
- Product ownership of a full-stack platform tech team and CX optimization across the end-to-end Referrals journey
- Work closely with design, mobile, site, and business to discover, refine, build, test, and monitor horizontal CX improvements
- Gather and analyze customer sentiments to understand gaps and opportunities
- Drive technical enhancements to enable better management or easier delivery of new front-end experiences
- Breakdown business epics into features and user stories, create acceptance criteria, and drive teams toward MVPs for valid feature tests
- Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps and ensure processes and procedures are followed to manage risk
- Conduct research and develop features that utilize new and evolving technology in an agile environment
- Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists and subject-matter experts to build solutions
- Participate in horizontal forums, articulate product roadmaps, share with stakeholders, and act as a product matter expert
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
- Preferred: 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
- Preferred: 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
- Strong collaboration with design, mobile, site, business, technologists, data scientists and subject-matter experts
- Skills: breakdown business epics into features and user stories, build acceptance criteria, drive MVPs, hypothesis-driven assessment of data, prioritize roadmaps
- Soft skills: intellectually curious, communicator & influencer, bias toward action, organized, customer-focused, learner, team player
