About the role
- Work with Chief Product Officer and Enterprise Products and Experiences (EPX) team to deliver on people initiatives and talent strategy
- Exhibit strong relationship building, influencing, communication, and problem solving skills
- Consult with senior executives and HR partner groups to drive business success
- Lead senior executives in translating business strategy into a talent strategy
- Create and support business outcomes with HR programs and initiatives
- Develop innovative and creative solutions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 9 years of client facing OR consulting experience in Human Resources, OR a combination of both
- At least 3 years of direct people leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
- MBA or Master’s Degree
- Experience partnering with Product Management or Engineering executives
- Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification
- 11+ years of client facing experience or 11+ years of consulting experience or a combination
- 11+ years of experience in in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting.
