About the role
- Co-lead a set of initiatives to integrate newly developed talent & performance management processes into day-to-day operations
- Establish and maintain process documentation & user support materials for talent and performance management processes within scope of role
- Execute control monitoring & reporting as developed for processes within scope of role
- Provide reporting on critical in-cycle operational statistics & metrics (KPIs) for processes and functions within scope of role
- Develop strong partnerships with colleagues in HR, Product, Design, & Tech to plan for and execute cycle experiences and changes
- Structure testing requirements & needs for products within scope of role
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Operations, Process Management, or Project Management
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
- Process Management Professional Certification
- 1+ year of experience in Human Resources
