💰 $94,600 - $107,900 per year
About the role
- Analyzing and reporting on talent data for HR Business Partners and their respective client groups.
- Managing process communications and creating or sharing templates for local core HR process communications.
- Supporting client-facing HR Business Partners and specific teams they support with general inquiries and requests.
- Leading and owning weekly horizontal delivery meetings and partner meetings.
- Partner with Talent and Performance Management Champions to design and execute the annual talent and performance calendar of activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources
- At least 1 years of client facing experience or consulting experience
- At least 1 year of experience in project or process management
- Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification (preferred).
