About the role
- Co-lead initiatives to integrate talent & performance management processes
- Establish and maintain process documentation & support materials
- Execute control monitoring & reporting for processes
- Provide reporting on critical operational statistics & metrics

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Operations, Process Management, or Project Management
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience (preferred)
- Process Management Professional Certification
- 1+ year of experience in Human Resources (preferred)
