About the role
- Manage teams within ACH Operations handling very distinct functions within the ACH workflow.
- Effectively lead and manage team(s) across multiple sites, including: New York and Virginia.
- Focus on continuous development of self and team.
- Build a highly engaged and inclusive culture across operational boundaries.
- Collaborate to deliver on requirements of industry/regulation standards to critical business processes.
- Build and maintain appropriate metrics, quality assurance, and capacity planning.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of experience working in the Financial Industry or Banking Industry
- At least 2 years of operations experience in production
- At least 1 year of coaching, mentoring, or people leadership experience
- At least 1 year of experience using PEP+ or Extra
- At least 2 years experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience (Preferred)
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) certification, BPM (Preferred)
