About the role

  • The Talent Acquisition Team Leader will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s recruitment strategy in support of its continued global expansion. This role requires close collaboration with executive leadership to align hiring plans with business priorities and ensure timely delivery of high-impact talent. The individual will lead a team, fostering operational excellence, accountability, and a high standard of execution across all hiring initiatives.
  • This role will cover the following areas:
  • Recruitment:
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficient execution and high-quality outcomes in line with organizational hiring goals.
  • Align hiring plans with business needs and headcount priorities, ensuring clarity, timelines, and sourcing strategies are well defined.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess team performance and drive process improvements.
  • Ensure recruitment delivery is aligned with overall talent acquisition strategy and organizational priorities.
  • People Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals, promoting continuous learning and high performance.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins to provide structured feedback, and development planning.
  • Monitor individual and team progress, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with hiring targets and business needs.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new team members and ensure smooth integration.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce best practices and modern sourcing approaches.
  • Leverage data and recruitment metrics to support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Partner with functional leaders across different teams to define hiring needs and timelines.
  • Provide regular and transparent updates on recruitment progress, pipeline health, and market insights.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor to business stakeholders, contributing to workforce planning discussions and growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Hands-on sourcing expertise for product/engineering in competitive markets.
  • Obsessed with structured hiring (scorecards, working sessions) and data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to extract insights from recruitment data and apply them strategically.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Advanced level of English
