About the role

  • Be the voice of the company, dealing with various customer enquiries across telephony, email and web chat
  • Provide excellent customer service with focus on delivering solutions for individual customer needs
  • Identify vulnerable customers and adapt approach, providing additional support when required
  • Handle escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity and log accurately

  • Complete 3 weeks full-time training (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm)
  • Work-from-home role with specified weekend and bank holiday shifts

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a similar role, ideally with experience of working with Social media platforms
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Proficient in using various computer applications and software simultaneously
  • An attentive listener who can empathise and adjust to different customer needs
  • Self-motivated and responsible for following issues through to resolution
  • Positive and enthusiastic with a commitment to excellent customer service
  • Quiet, private and comfortable workspace at home
  • Reliable Wi-Fi connection with at least 10 Mbps download speed
  • Willingness to work specified shifts (Saturday 8am–6pm; Sunday & Bank Holidays 10am–6pm; one weekday 4-hour shift)
