About the role
- Be the voice of the company, dealing with various customer enquiries across telephony, email and web chat
- Provide excellent customer service with focus on delivering solutions for individual customer needs
- Identify vulnerable customers and adapt approach, providing additional support when required
- Handle escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity and log accurately

- Complete 3 weeks full-time training (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm)
- Work-from-home role with specified weekend and bank holiday shifts
Requirements
- Previous experience within a similar role, ideally with experience of working with Social media platforms
- Excellent written English skills
- Proficient in using various computer applications and software simultaneously
- An attentive listener who can empathise and adjust to different customer needs
- Self-motivated and responsible for following issues through to resolution
- Positive and enthusiastic with a commitment to excellent customer service
- Quiet, private and comfortable workspace at home
- Reliable Wi-Fi connection with at least 10 Mbps download speed
- Willingness to work specified shifts (Saturday 8am–6pm; Sunday & Bank Holidays 10am–6pm; one weekday 4-hour shift)
