About the role

  • Own the end-to-end investor experience at the presentation layer — lead strategy, design, and execution of how insights, proposals, and recommendations are delivered to investors
  • Define and execute strategy to drive growth, adoption, engagement, and retention across our user base
  • Map and optimize the funnel; surface key drop-offs and run experiments to improve conversion at each stage
  • Champion the customer and market using qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform product decisions
  • Conduct research and run growth experiments with design, engineering, and GTM teams; measure impact and iterate quickly
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, CX, and Sales to craft go-to-market strategies, enablement, and post-launch iteration
  • Define clear success metrics, track performance, and report progress to leadership, linking product work to business impact
  • Own the brand-new, mission critical flagship product where advisors bring digital investment proposals and financial stories to life for their clients

Requirements

  • Proven track record owning adoption, engagement, and/or retention in a B2B2C environment or for a SaaS product (growth product experience is a plus)
  • Adept at surfacing customer insights and translating them into high-impact product decisions (customer-obsessed and research-driven)
  • Comfortable running experiments, defining funnel KPIs, and making data-informed trade-offs (metrics-minded operator)
  • Skilled at aligning stakeholders across product, design, engineering, marketing, and sales; influencing without direct authority (cross-functional leader)
  • Able to zoom out on product strategy while also driving clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams (strategic and execution-focused)
  • Experience building investor-facing education tools and/or financial literacy and guidance applications (bonus)
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar (bonus)
  • Strong attitude, hunger to learn, and a drive to deliver high-quality work; encouraged to apply even if not meeting every requirement
