About the role
- Develop and deliver sales enablement resources (decks, battlecards, product one-pagers, competitive comparisons, training) to empower GTM teams to win deals
- Create external-facing content (case studies, blog posts, data sheets, infographics, videos, website copy) supporting campaigns and sales conversations across the funnel
- Experiment with and build AI tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and scalability of content development
- Conduct market and competitive research and distill insights to sharpen positioning
- Build and maintain internal content hubs to keep sales collateral and messaging up-to-date and accessible
- Run training programs and deliver enablement to customer-facing teams; analyze impact using data and insights to refine programs and drive adoption
- Work closely with Head of Marketing, product managers, and sales teams to bridge product and sales and articulate value to prospects and customers
- Own go-to-market enablement projects end-to-end and build scalable processes
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or content development, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Excellent writing and editing skills; Experience using AI to accelerate content creation is a must
- Highly organized and proactive, able to balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and trade-offs, and recommend solutions
- Experience launching new features/products to market with clear, measurable impact
- Strong communication skills — able to facilitate discussions, share insights clearly, and respect differing viewpoints
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to work closely with Head of Marketing, product managers, and sales teams
