Software Engineer

• Co-own the delivery of key projects with the product and architecture teams from planning through release, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Partner with the product manager to translate product and business goals into actionable roadmaps and plans, aligning on priorities and trade-offs
• Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned on status, decisions, and trade-offs.
• Drive technical decision-making to support reliable, scalable, and maintainable delivery.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment with a strong focus on outcomes and accountability.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and coaching sessions to support team growth, performance, and engagement.
• Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and process improvements that accelerate delivery.
• Work closely with the product team, design, and other groups to ensure we’re building the right things in the right order.
• Continuously refine how the team works (planning, estimation, QA, release practices) to improve predictability and quality.
