• Build reliability tooling: Design and implement internal tools that automate reliability checks and support testing of critical user journeys.
• Develop automated probes: Create and maintain synthetic tests that replicate client workflows to validate system health across environments.
• Enhance observability: Build features that surface and interpret logs, metrics, and traces to expose RED (Rate, Error, Duration) metrics for product features.

• Architect and implement backend services that power AI-driven and ML-integrated features, ensuring they are reliable, secure, and scalable
