About the role
- Conduct deep, ad-hoc analysis and investigations to answer critical business questions and uncover opportunities
- Partner with business stakeholders, including leadership, to translate ambiguous problems into clear data projects
- Scope, define, and implement key performance metrics and dashboards to monitor performance
- Proactively identify and deliver new reports, insights, and data models to drive strategic decisions
- Present complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences and inform leadership
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets (or Excel)
- Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Deep curiosity and strong problem-solving skills
- Growth mindset and desire to continuously learn across the full data lifecycle
- Bonus: Experience with R/Python for advanced analytical projects like segmentation and forecasting
- Must be legally authorised to work in United Kingdom (application asks)
