Graphics Designer

• Own complex design projects end-to-end – from creative brief through to final, production-ready delivery across email, print, web, social
• Produce high-quality marketing assets across all 5 Cansel Group business units
• Apply brand guidelines with precision and consistency, particularly across multi-brand outputs
• Manage production file organization and handoff standards
• Lead and mentor the Visual Designer – clear direction, constructive feedback, and day-to-day guidance
• Review and quality-check the Visual Designer’s output before it escalates to the Creative Supervisor
• Make independent creative decisions within established brand direction
• Collaborate primarily within the internal creative team

Account Manager

• Be based within Ontario.
• Be following trends in the industry market and discovering leads.
• Perform sales presentations, on-site demonstrations, and cold calling throughout your territory.
• Maintain existing customer/volume base through regular customer contact, monitoring, and development.
• Provide excellent customer service to key accounts.
• Meet all sales target performance indicators.
• Participate in trade shows, training events, or other related events as requested and required.
• Provide reports to the Sales Manager on activity and new pipelines.
