About the role
- Provide chat, email and zoom support to Canopy Connect’s agency product customers to ensure they receive timely help.
- Support customers in using Canopy Connect's insurance data infrastructure products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Use chat, shared inboxes, and video to interact with customers.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of the platform and product updates.
Requirements
- Willing to work PST hours (9am to 5pm)
- 1 year experience in a customer facing support role in a fintech, insurtech or SaaS company.
- Understanding of common sales support tools like chat, shared inboxes, and video.
- Exception written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn software platforms quickly.
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
- Bonus: Experience using Hubspot and Stripe.
- Bonus: Deep insurance industry knowledge.
- Bonus: Programming experience in any language and experience with SQL databases.
- Authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
