Implementation Specialist

• Understand how insurance verification is done in key verticals
• Lead end-to-end API onboarding and implementation for new customers, including setup, testing, and go-live
• Serve as primary post-sale contact for strategic enterprise accounts
• Manage cross-functional relationships across product, engineering, and executive teams
• Advocate internally for customer needs and provide structured feedback to product and engineering
• Analyze usage data to identify expansion opportunities and ensure measurable customer value
• Support contract renewals and growth initiatives with Sales, Engineering, and Leadership
