About the role
- Support Senior Pricing Analyst and work with Sales, Bid/Contract teams, Administration and Management to formulate timely pricing responses
- Analyze various price requests from the field and make recommendations to management
- Support maintaining all existing contract pricing
- Carry out routine and semi-routine tasks such as reporting functions, database maintenance, and PowerPoint presentations
- Analyze price requests in various profit scenarios
- Consult with Canon USA’s Sales organization to ensure competitiveness and acquire additional sales
- Understand Canon’s pricing, promotions, program terms and guidelines
- Heavy use of Excel for analysis and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
- 0 to 2 years of related experience
- Heavy MS Excel skills required such as Pivot Table, VLOOKUP
- Analytics experience required
- Knowledge of formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables, and other advanced functions
- Ability to multi task
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employer will not sponsor visas
- Must reside in the United States at the time of hire
