About the role
- Support the daily operations of the Retail Department
- Assist store managers with operational and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with stores and the warehouse to ensure on-time replenishments
- Process and monitor store returns, ensuring proper tracking and issue resolution
- Support the opening of new stores by coordinating with various teams
- Coordinate cross-functionally to execute internal orders, considering warehouse capacity and stock levels
- Gain hands-on experience and learn from experienced retail professionals
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in university
- Must be enrolled for the full duration of the internship
- Due to Dutch legislation: European nationality or study in the Netherlands required
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables)
- Proactive, organized, analytical mindset; ability to work independently; strong attention to detail
- Strong interest in analysis and applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate openly, clearly, and constructively
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Able to work in an international work environment
- Interest and passion for the fashion industry
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive "can-do" attitude
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
