Provide professional, courteous, responsive and accurate service to customers in harmony with the Canon Brand image
Answer incoming phone calls, emails and mail and handle internal requests to meet SLA
Process terminations and submit tickets for waivers to close out buyout keep, upgrade, upgrade to returns and credit/rebills
Provide routine customer service billing support: explain billing statements, take customer payments, handle collections, insurance, property tax and sales tax, issue credits, handle changes of service
Perform basic troubleshooting procedures and record customer contact information while maintaining customer portfolio integrity
Collaborate with team and management, practice customer focus, and maintain a positive professional attitude
Maintain punctuality and adaptability to schedule or business needs
Requirements
Entry level position with minimal years (2 years or less) of call center experience
1 year of Customer Service/call center experience required
Flexibility to work any of the following shifts: 8:30am-5:00pm, 9:00am-5:30pm, 9:30am-6:00pm, 10:30am-7:00pm
Hybrid work schedule requiring in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Strong verbal and written skills
Basic knowledge level of Microsoft Office products
Ability to make sound, factual based timely decisions
Ability to perform billing support including payments, collections, insurance, property tax and sales tax
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting procedures
Punctuality and professional attitude
Ability to answer incoming phone calls, emails and mail and meet SLA
