• Assist in drafting contract drafts and legal opinions, under the supervision of the responsible attorney;
• Conduct legal doctrine and case law research to support legal arguments;
• Monitor developments in the energy market;
• Provide support in the review and analysis of contracts and legal documents;
• Attend meetings, take notes, and assist in organizing documents;
• Provide administrative support to the legal department, including deadline management and document filing.
