About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in drafting contract drafts and legal opinions, under the supervision of the responsible attorney;
- Conduct legal doctrine and case law research to support legal arguments;
- Monitor developments in the energy market;
- Provide support in the review and analysis of contracts and legal documents;
- Attend meetings, take notes, and assist in organizing documents;
- Provide administrative support to the legal department, including deadline management and document filing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled in a Law degree program from the 2nd semester onward.
- Availability for a 6-hour workday.
- Legal research in doctrine and case law.
- Analysis of contracts and legal documents.
- Drafting reports and legal opinions.
- Monitoring judicial and administrative proceedings.
- Deadline management and document organization.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical analysis skills and logical reasoning.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
- Proactivity and willingness to learn.
- Availability to intern 20 to 30 hours per week.
