Salesforce Administrator

• Administer & Maintain: Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, permission sets, and license management for 130+ users.
• Configure & Optimize: Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Flows, record types, dynamic layouts, approval processes, dashboards, and reports.
• Drive Data Governance: Implement standardized governance policies that improve data quality and system consistency.
• Manage Integrations: Own and optimize third-party integrations with tools such as LeanData, Outreach, Gong, Qualified, and others.
• Support Agile Execution: Participate in monthly agile sprints, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery through Asana-based project management.
• Ensure Scalability: Apply a declarative-first approach to automation and system design, ensuring cross-functional maintainability and alignment with Salesforce’s product evolution.

Product Manager

• Define, own, and champion the roadmap for our Attribution and Forms products, aligning it with business goals and the needs of B2B marketers and agencies.
• Evolve our multi-touch attribution capabilities, ensuring accuracy across complex customer journeys that include calls, texts, and form submissions, and integrating advanced metrics (like AI-derived insights).
• Regularly talk to customers, define and analyze data, and be diligent in discovering relevant evolutions in marketing technology, data privacy, and the competitive landscape.
• Write clear, concise, and actionable Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria for the development team, always balancing technical requirements with tangible customer value.
• Prioritize product development work for your squad and manage the backlog of features based on company priorities and maximum return on investment.
• Be a great partner to engineers and designers in discovering the best solutions to customer problems and driving end-to-end feature delivery.
• Communicate functionality and release plans internally to stakeholders across the company, ensuring smooth launches and successful feature adoption.
• Define and track measures of success for your domain (e.g., data quality, report usage, feature adoption) and report regularly on findings, learnings, and next steps.
• Oversee the daily workflow with the sprint team (engineers, QA, and designers) and do whatever your team needs to help them keep moving and maintain high data fidelity.

Product Manager, Attribution – Forms

• Define, own, and champion the Text Messaging roadmap, ensuring tight alignment with core business goals, validated customer needs, and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Own the strategic direction of CallRail's messaging platform, driving scalable design patterns and ensuring feature parity and consistency across all workflows and established call features.
• Conduct comprehensive discovery, including interviews with customers and stakeholders, to validate pain points and deeply inform innovative solution design.
• Write clear, concise, and actionable Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria, always balancing technical context with maximum customer value.
• Prioritize and manage the daily workflow and backlog with a sprint team of engineers and designers, ensuring the execution meets the timing needs of the market.
• Drive end-to-end feature delivery by collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Partnerships, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Partner with GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience) to ensure smooth, successful launches, robust user education, and widespread feature adoption.
• Continuously monitor success metrics, product health, and user feedback to refine and evolve the offering, and report regularly on findings and next steps.

• Provide coaching to the sales managers and teams, develop scorecards to achieve desired outcomes, and identify and replicate best practices across the teams.
• Ensure all applicable metrics and processes are in place to measure and manage progress toward goals, and regularly present them to leadership.

• Partner with Revenue Operations to refine the operational plan for sales inclusive of systems, processes and people.

Develop direct relationships with senior leaders at our largest customer accounts, including attending quarterly business reviews and customer-facing engagements such as onsite meetings and account development activities as needed.
