Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in server-side web application development (preferably in Ruby on Rails)
  • Comfort occasionally working in the frontend (preferably in Angular)
  • Ability to pick up new skills quickly
  • Building web applications with an MVC framework (especially Ruby on Rails)
  • Use agentic coding tools as a primary part of your workflow
  • Contributions to the software development life cycle beyond just writing code
  • Writing unit tests to ensure good code quality and sufficient coverage
  • Reviewing code to empower teammates while improving codebase
  • Refactoring systems for performance and readability
  • Mentoring and coaching other engineers
