About the role
- Design effective training programs for a variety of end users including preliminary outline/storyboarding.
- Act as key contact for the Design Consultant Training Program and work with Designer ROTOR core team to create a full training plan.
- Execute and implement various aspects of the training program for all Design Consultants.
- Work closely with sales team to identify on-the-job challenges and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Own the design consultant training program and drive learning and change management across processes, technology, and systems.
- Produce engaging physical and digital educational materials including videos, e-learning modules, and case studies.
- Support leaders and new colleagues through a multiphase rapid onboarding training process.
- Research user needs via surveys, questionnaires, focus groups, and discussions with managers and contributors.
- Liaise with Designer ROTOR and sales managers to determine training needs, schedule sessions, and communicate scope.
- Facilitate traditional classroom and virtual training; conduct seminars, workshops, and 1:1 training sessions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training and facilitation.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, business administration, interior design preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a Design Consultant or similar role is preferred
- Understanding of current effective adult learning methodologies and tools.
- Phenomenal written and verbal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
