About the role
- Conduct thorough reviews of estimates, photos, and documentation for ADAS repair opportunities
- Analyze service information for estimate reviews to ensure accuracy
- Ensure all repairs follow proper pre- and post-scan protocols
- Manage escalations from field operators and insurance carriers
- Coordinate with Protech teams for scheduling and invoicing
- Analyze estimate reviews for potential GP% improvement
- Provide constructive feedback to improve calibration prediction tools
- Offer training and support to service advisors
- Track, report, and communicate findings to management
- Deliver "World Class" customer service
- Maintain strict adherence to all safety rules and quality standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 5 years in estimating or ADAS repair processes
- Strong knowledge in documentation, Protech scheduling, and handling escalations
- Proficient in repair procedures, CCC Pathways estimating software, "P-Page" logic, ADAS systems, and calibrations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret service information and resolve escalations efficiently
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and personable approach to customer service
- Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license
