Administer and monitor core Microsoft 365 workloads, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot.
Manage Microsoft Power Platform services including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI for performance, access, and integration governance.
Design, implement, and audit Conditional Access Policies to ensure secure and compliant access to Microsoft 365 services.
Configure and maintain tenant-connected applications using Microsoft Entra; evaluate applications regularly for permissions, usage, and disuse.
Oversee compliance-related services within Microsoft Purview, including data loss prevention (DLP), retention policies, data classification, and auditing.
Manage license assignments and availability.
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure M365 configurations align with regulatory frameworks and company standards.
Troubleshoot user and system issues across the Microsoft 365 tenant and escalate to Microsoft support when necessary.
Participate in the implementation of new features and updates released to Microsoft 365, assessing organizational impact and readiness.
Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, policies, and operational procedures.
Provide end-user guidance and administrative support for Teams collaboration, licensing, and lifecycle management.

Requirements
3+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 or similar enterprise cloud platforms.
Strong working knowledge of Exchange Online, Power Platform, Teams, and related administrative portals.
Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra, compliance solutions (Purview), and identity governance.
