About the role
- Design and code high-quality, responsive emails
- Collaborate with cross-department stakeholders to build out email campaigns and customer CRM journeys.
- Design highly-engaging and compelling creative that is engaging across different platforms
- Troubleshoot display, rendering, and delivery issues (across various browsers, clients, devices)
- Communicate clear vision for email best-in-class creative—become the email expert
- Maintain awareness of email and marketing trends and make recommendations on optimization tactics and best practices.
- Align CRM campaigns and branding with in-app messaging and other promotional material.
- Organize and present customer feedback and insights to internal and external stakeholders to help inform app development road map and improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, MIS, web-development, graphic design or related field.
- Minimum 3 years digital marketing experience with understanding of email best practices for design, subject lines, copy, testing, calls to action etc.
- Strong understanding of email design best practices and standards for optimization
- Strong knowledge of implementing responsive design in email
- Strong design aesthetic skills
- Strong HTML and CSS skills
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of JavaScript
- Be highly organized and able to prioritize projects in a timely manner
- A can-do, positive attitude
- Superb attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience with XtremePush CRM client a plus
