About the role
- Maintain engineering project schedules across multiple projects
- Manage detailed spreadsheets and ensuring they are up to date with the latest information
- Prioritize across multiple projects to ensure best outcome for the business
- Work and communicate with multiple teams in coordinating, planning, and procurement activities
- Demonstrated capability to work on multiple projects at any given time
- Communicate to senior leadership status of project
- Lead internal and customer-attended meetings
- Maintain multiple project IMS’s
- Act as main POC for and communicate regularly with multiple customers
- Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field coupled with a minimum of 5 years of related professional experience OR minimum of 9 years of related professional experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Expert in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding engineering design process
- Understanding of manufacturing process
- Experience with CostPoint
- Demonstrated capability to work on multiple projects at any given time
- Ability to prioritize across multiple projects
- Communicate to senior leadership status of project
- Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None
