About the role
- Provide end-to-end service support for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
- Participate in service delivery initiatives needed to improve the availability, security and performance of the managed services
- Lead or participate in troubleshooting complex incidents with other infrastructure teams
- Assist in managing business relationships across internal teams, vendors, and 3rd party providers as needed to deliver managed services
- Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and run books for managed services
- Monitor the operation of managed services
- Communicate with the customer to keeping them informed of operational status, progress on agreed deliverables, and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
Requirements
- Ability to attain DHS EOD
- BA + 10 years’ applicable experience, AA + 12 years’ applicable experience, Master's degree + 7 years applicable experience or 16 years’ experience
- 5+ of relevant experience in Architecture and designing solutions in Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365
- Must have strong hands-on experience working on Exchange Online
- Implement M365 DLP, Purview, Compliance, and Conditional Access
- Understanding of Message Retention and Data Compliance Requirements
- A full understanding of the Microsoft 365 and Collaboration technology stack
- Proficiency in all technical aspects of M365 implementation and Entra ID services is a prerequisite for the successful candidate.
- Hands on experience with implementation, deployment, migration, and support of core M365 services, including (but not limited to):
- Exchange Online – including mailbox migration, EOP, and Exchange Administration
- SharePoint Online – including policy enforcement, data protection, governance
