About the role

  • Partners with teams to understand business scope and implement sustainable, cost-effective solutions
  • Develops comprehensive system architectures ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Oversees integration of business systems to ensure seamless communication and data flow
  • Stays updated on emerging technologies and recommends adoption
  • Aligns system architecture with overall business strategy and IT strategies
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and management
  • Identifies and mitigates security and compliance risks related to system architecture
  • Creates and maintains documentation of architectures, processes, configurations, and roadmaps
  • Troubleshoots and resolves complex system issues in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Manages change impacts to minimize end-user disruption
  • Develops training materials and provides end-user support
  • Implements and enforces best practices for system development and quality assurance
  • Defines KPIs and metrics to measure process effectiveness and strategic goal achievement
  • Promotes innovation and continuous improvement of technologies and business practices
  • Collaborates with vendors and third-party partners for solution evaluation and selection
  • Communicates complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Leads and participates in peer reviews of solution designs and business processes
  • Creates process flowcharts, diagrams, and related documentation
  • Participates in design of new features and enhancements to existing software
  • Maintains understanding of Data Engineering techniques, methodologies, tools, and technologies
  • Proposes and implements solutions to improve application efficiency and effectiveness
  • Diagnoses and resolves technical problems related to project implementation and maintenance
  • Works independently and delivers on agreed timelines
  • Analyzes end-user needs and designs, tests, and develops software to satisfy demand
  • Provides database integrations and data migrations between applications
  • Completes role-specific training, certifications, or industry events as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or other business related field
  • 8+ years’ experience with Business process architecture or advanced Business Analysis
  • Experience with ERP, ITMS and CRM systems
  • 8+ years’ experience managing reporting and dashboard solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Master’s degree (Desired/Preferred)
  • Experience in Agile development (Desired/Preferred)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of software engineering principles, methodologies, and procedures (Desired/Preferred)
  • Knowledge of architecture tools (Desired/Preferred)
  • Experience leading Business Analysts (Desired/Preferred)
