About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a fully remote team of 12 outbound inside sales representatives
- Drive team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
- Use data and metrics to measure performance, identify opportunities, and deliver targeted coaching
- Partner with client service leaders to ensure exceptional results for clients
- Foster BAO’s culture of success, accountability, and fun—virtually and in person
- Maintain a winning culture across distances and hit aggressive targets in a high-velocity sales environment
Requirements
- Proven track record managing and developing remote teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in sales, including 2+ years in a sales management role (preferably in high-tech software)
- Strong history of hitting or exceeding team performance targets
- Expertise in hiring, onboarding, and ramping sales reps
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A passion for coaching, motivating, and celebrating wins
- Proven experience managing remote employees is a must
- Ability to work hybrid schedule in Chelmsford, MA (3 days/week in office)
