About the role
- Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and communicate customer centric marketing strategies
- Manage marketing projects, bridging both traditional and digital marketing strategies
- Own marketing operations tactics, including the corporate coupon process
- Manage the corporate coupon process
- Manage print budgeting and forecasting
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to develop content and contact strategies
- Develop and execute processes to drive improvement in customer engagement
- Manage marketing project coordination across multiple teams
- Identify and problem-solve roadblocks to successful task completion
- Evaluate data to develop customer centric marketing strategies and partner on project evaluation to optimize
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree BA, BS, or equivalent professional experience (Required)
- 4-6 years Retail marketing experience (Required)
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities, duties and/or projects (Required)
- Excellent collaboration and people skills
- Ability to manage through conflict, influence others at all levels, and unite teams to a common purpose
- Experience developing plans and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in evaluating data to develop and execute actionable marketing strategies
- Proven self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and urgency
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline sensitive environment
- Highly PC proficient with strong skills in the MS Office Suite
