About the role

  • Own the P&L and be responsible for hitting revenue targets for the Invoice Finance division
  • Develop and execute go-to-market commercial strategy and understand target customers and markets
  • Build and scale a high-performing commercial and Account Management team
  • Personally close major contracts while mentoring team members and refining the sales process
  • Build trusted relationships with broker introduced and direct clients at all seniority levels
  • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance and Product teams to refine offering and address competitive/regulatory landscape
  • Identify and capitalise on new growth opportunities
  • Set up scalable internal sales processes and KPI tracking to drive performance and efficiency
  • Be majority 'on the road' broker and customer facing, with 1-2 days per week in London

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Invoice Finance Lending
  • Experience in a Head Of/Director/Lead SME commercial sales role
  • A strong network in the broker and introducer market
  • A proven track record of owning and delivering against revenue targets in a go-to-market role
  • Understands risk frameworks and the credit risk associated with invoice finance
  • A strong people manager, mentor and coach with experience in hiring great talent
  • Highly organised, with solid process-building and project management skills
  • Enthusiasm about working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, mission-led environment
  • Able to be in the London 1-2 days per week (majority of time expected to ‘on the road’ broker and customer facing)
