• Generating new business is essential to our growth, and a key route is through partnerships with engaged broker firms who regularly refer SME clients to Allica based on trust and incentives.
• As a Broker BRA Sales Executive, you will build and maintain strong relationships with broker firms across the UK.
• Your focus is securing new Business Rewards Accounts and managing the full client journey from generating referrals to onboarding and delivering funded accounts.
• For lending needs, you will coordinate introductions back to the original broker to ensure customers receive a whole‑of‑market view.

• Shape architecture, ensure the success of squads, and drive consistent, secure, and compliant delivery across Allica’s digital products.
• Use expertise in Spring Boot microservices (Java/Kotlin) and modern web technologies (React/TypeScript) to define and evolve cross-squad patterns, shared tooling, and platform capabilities.
• Own key cross-cutting concerns such as authentication, observability, performance, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.
• Design and review architectures, pair with engineers, and contribute code to high-impact initiatives.

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of complex features across the full stack using:
• - Backend: Kotlin/Java Spring Boot microservices, containerised and deployed on Azure Container Apps, exposing REST/OpenAPI APIs and integrating with other services and data stores.
• - Frontend: React/TypeScript, shared design system components, and agreed architectural patterns (e.g. Nx, micro frontends), deployed on Azure Static Web Apps.
• Produce clear Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) for significant technical decisions, documenting context, options, trade-offs, and outcomes that align with organisation-wide standards.
• Own and improve SLOs and operational metrics for the squad’s services; monitor error budgets, participate in incident response, and drive improvements to reduce incidents and MTTR.

• - Apply secure coding practices and threat modelling.
