Account Manager

• Manage a regional portfolio of accounting firms – covering cold outbound, warm inbound, and active referrers – moving each firm through the pipeline to become a repeat new client introducer.

Partnerships Manager – North East

Risk

• Partner with the Technology business area to embed the Risk Management Framework, including policies and procedures
• Provide expert input into the design and operation of the technology control framework, including data management, working with stakeholders across Technology to ensure that controls are documented and embedded
• Provide expert input into the vendor management framework, supporting the Vendor Management Team to develop and embed controls to ensure effective management of vendors in line with regulatory requirements
• Testing of existing and new key controls in line with agreed schedule, informing the non-financial risk profile and required management actions

Portfolio Relationship Manager

• Deliver operational risk assurance reviews from planning through to final reporting, ensuring work is risk-based, proportionate and supported by clear evidence.
• Define review scope, objectives, testing approaches and evidence requirements in consultation with the Head of Operational Risk.
• Perform control testing and assurance activity to assess the design and operating effectiveness of operational risk primary controls.
• Provide ongoing assurance over RiskSmart items, including alignment with standards, validation of action closure, review of supporting evidence and assessment of whether remediation addresses root causes.

• Develop and implement credit risk assurance plans and methodologies.
• Provide oversight and document findings on 1LOD’s compliance with credit policy and lending standards, provide clear recommendations to improve credit processes and support mitigation efforts.
• Set governance requirements for credit assurance, including business self-assurance for first-line underwriting teams, and provide regular monitoring and reporting across all portfolios.
• Provide an integrated view of the bank’s credit risk profile through the development of comprehensive reporting, assessment of credit quality performance, emerging issues and recommending necessary actions.

Credit Quality Assurance Manager

Business Development Rep

• Reporting to the Head of Sales – Broker Asset Finance and working alongside the Allica Bank field-based Business Development Managers (BDMs), this role will support the ongoing delivery of Allica’s Asset Finance proposition.
• You will be 1st line support and responsible, together with completing Back Office activities, for supporting the smooth running of the function.
• You will be directly involved as appropriate in all aspects of the Asset Finance proposition by supporting the Managing Director – Intermediaries and BDM Team to ensure that our broker partners and customers receive the highest possible level of service.
• Providing first line support to panel introducer firms through being a product expert and being able to articulate the Bank’s current lending appetite.
