• Providing support to and maintaining relationships with our existing lending customers who have been introduced both via our network of external introducers and through our direct to customer channels

• The Growth Finance Regional Lead will be responsible for contributing to the generation of Growth Finance opportunities to meet, and ideally exceed, forecast portfolio assets and income/returns.
• As well as growing the portfolio, it is important that we manage risk within the bank’s appetite. You will be responsible for ensuring that new business opportunities are properly assessed and the risks and mitigants pertaining to each deal are identified and articulated in the credit submission.
• This role will also have responsibility for development and maintenance of a portfolio of professional introducers as well as profile of the bank in their respective regions.
• Based on individual target, contribute to the delivery of the new business volume and income plan for Growth Finance.

• Originating Healthcare SME lending opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion, including writing credit papers in line with Allica’s credit policy and appetite as well as working with operational teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Create and deliver the business plan for your sector, including new business objectives, and actively managing your objectives and personal development plan.

Analyst

• Undertakes all CDD activity to support the onboarding and ongoing review and validation of both Retail and SME customers to the Bank.
• Undertaking EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) where higher risk ratings are present to ensure the bank is protected from fin crime risk.
• Responsible for ensuring and operationalising all required AML activity in conjunction with the 2nd Line Risk and Compliance teams and the MLRO with a particular focus on the management of risk and meeting regulatory requirements, whilst acting at all times in the best interest of customers, employees and other key stakeholders.

• The Staff Full-stack Engineer sits within the Payments tribe. The purpose of the role is to create cross-squad leverage by simplifying architecture, defining shared patterns, and improving reliability and compliance at scale.
• You will use your expertise in web technologies and backend systems to shape how payments flow through our digital products. You will define and roll out technical patterns that are used across multiple squads, including authentication, design system tokens and tracing. You will reduce complexity, improve delivery consistency and support teams in building scalable systems.
• The role involves setting direction for both frontend and backend components. On the frontend, this includes React and TypeScript. On the backend, this includes Kotlin services using REST and OpenAPI. You will set standards for security, performance, and operational excellence, and you will work closely with Product and Design to ensure technical strategies support business goals.
• A key responsibility is to support the growth of engineering capability across multiple squads. You will mentor engineers, share knowledge, and drive the adoption of shared tools and practices, including responsible use of GenAI technologies such as GitHub Copilot.

• You will be part of a core team responsible for successfully delivering second line of defence oversight and advisory within the Bank together with Financial Crime and Compliance colleagues.
• Responsible for the evolution of the Bank Wide Risk Assessment (BWRA) is a critical activity to ensure the Bank is aware of its Financial Crime risk exposure and to allow the Bank’s MLRO to meet their SMF17 accountabilities.
• This role will be responsible for enhancement of the Bank’s Financial Crime monitoring and screening tools and development of key metrics for onward reporting through Bank Governance Committees.

• The Senior AI Engineer will be a founding member of our AI capability within the Growth Squad, responsible for applying advanced large language models (LLMs) to solve complex customer and operational challenges. This role will create significant value for Allica by building agentic AI systems that either eliminate manual effort or transform the customer experience — through intelligent automation, smarter interfaces, and proactive service.
• Working closely with growth, data, product, and operations teams, this role will scope, design, and deploy real-world AI use cases across marketing, onboarding, and customer lifecycle journeys (including initiatives in advertising platforms and our CRM, HubSpot). • The Regional Lead will initially be instrumental in the development and launch of the product. Thereafter, they will be responsible for origination, structuring and execution of facilities which meet the lending requirements of Allica. In addition to origination, the role will initially carry responsibility for delivering a high-quality relationship and ongoing risk management for a portfolio of cashflow clients.
