About the role
- Own and lead inventory and logistics operations across vendor and in-house warehouses, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, low-volume assembly, returns, and repairs
- Ensure inventory valuations and financial records match physical counts and correct discrepancies
- Prevent stockouts, minimize carrying costs, and maintain full traceability of components and finished goods
- Manage warranty tracking, warranty cost controls, reserve planning, and ensure timely repairs
- Continuously evaluate carriers, delivery methods, and 3PL options to optimize fulfillment and reverse logistics
- Design, implement, and enforce scalable processes for receiving, inventory control, fulfillment, and returns
- Partner with Hardware Engineering, Product, and Finance to enable smooth new product introductions and maintain hardware quality
- Report to the Senior Vice President of Hardware and provide hands-on leadership for operational scaling and supplier management
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in hardware operations, supply chain, or logistics
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing inventory across multiple warehouse types (in-house, vendor, 3PL)
- Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, cost control, and ERP/MRP systems
- Experience leading warranty and reverse logistics programs
- Demonstrated ability to design and scale operational processes in a high-growth environment
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; proven ability to partner across engineering, finance, and product teams
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with leveraging AI tools in both professional and personal settings
- Authorization to work in the US is required
