• Assist attorneys in employment law matters, including workplace disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, wage & hour violations, and compliance matters.
• Support personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, workplace injuries, and wrongful death claims.
• Conduct legal research on employment and personal injury laws, statutes, and case precedents.

• Partnering closely with our litigation and trial teams.
• This is an ideal opportunity for a senior attorney who excels in legal research, persuasive writing, and oral advocacy, and who prefers focusing on motion and appellate work rather than day-to-day client management.
• This position is on Site, with candidates required to be licensed in Texas.

Law and Motions Attorney

• Coordinate and manage client cases throughout the lifecycle of litigation including intake, discovery, trial preparation, and resolution.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on case progress and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Work closely with attorneys to prepare legal documents, gather and organize evidence, and develop case strategies.
