About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Inbound Call Management: Professionally handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents and gather essential information regarding the accident and potential legal representation needs.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and procedures, provide information about the firm's services, and answer client queries.
- Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and efficiently navigate electronic systems while engaging with clients on the phone.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards; organize and update client information.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to legal professionals as needed and collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth case progression.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Language: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with case management software is a plus.
- Empathy and Understanding: A genuine desire to assist clients in their times of need and a compassionate demeanor.
