• Ensuring continued excellent operation of Budderfly HVAC Units within your geographic area. This includes maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems and equipment.

HVAC/R Service Assistant Technician

Business Intelligence Analyst

• Perform statistical data analysis and build forecasting and optimization models
• Gather, evaluate, and analyze data from multiple sources to use as input on building KPI’s for Department
• Analyze and identify trends that will feed areas of opportunity for efficiency
• Design and implement closed loop reporting processes for the tracking of tasks

• Analyze energy performance, customer and site response, dispatch results, and program data to identify trends, root causes, opportunities for improvement, and practical changes to internal systems, workflows, partner coordination, customer communication, and operating procedures.
• Communicate key findings, risks, and recommend next steps clearly to internal teams, partners, and senior management.
• Cultivate, manage, and expand relationships with Budderfly’s Utility and Energy Market partners while maintaining a personal touch with every interaction.
• Oversee program success and guide coordination and project management as Budderfly grows its Optimization programs.

• Invoice Review & Processing: Audit project-related invoices, subcontractor invoice and applications, and service orders for mathematical accuracy

• Lead customer communications on Budderfly field projects for assigned customer accounts.
