Support Engineer

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the entire installation process including all technical aspects, and the use of Budderfly applications, systems, and processes, similar to that of an "expert installer" (including work orders, survey tools, network connectivity, etc.).
• Support multiple on-site installation crews remotely and simultaneously, at any stage of the installation process.
• Ensure consistent installation quality across contractors, crews, customers, and site types through compliance with Budderfly standards and SOP’s and adherence to industry standards and building codes.
• Perform technical diagnoses and troubleshooting of installation-related escalations to bring forth resolution and inform future installations, while being both customer and contractor-facing.
• Maintain a consistent and thorough log of all issues, properly escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams, while communicating with customers and contractors cordially throughout.
• Communicate with customers and contractors through various channels including phone, email, and chat applications.
• Maintain flexible hours to accommodate the varying schedules of contractor installation crews (including weekend and late-night work).
• Travel nationwide (up to 10% on average) for team and/or contractor trainings.

MEP Technical Support Associate, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical

Customer Success Manager

• Responsible to drive Brand specific (or Brand Group oriented) success for all existing Owners, customers on program as well as successful support of onboarding new Brand owners ensuring elite service and support though customer journey.
• Expand and upsell existing customers by providing excellent communication, service and onboarding/installation experience with the goal of gaining expansion with additional locations signed onto Budderfly program.
• Build strong client relationships at the executive level to maintain current business and assist in the acquisition of new customers/locations through referrals.
• Communicate with executive level contacts at our largest customers to ensure that their needs are understood and addressed to best support the Brand’s customer base.
• Coach and coordinate the internal teams to best support your customer base.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that customer requests are fulfilled, projects are going to plan, and we are regularly communicating with our customer.
• Resolve complaints & keep track of all processes/requirements that pertain to the client’s needs.
• Solve problems for customers by understanding and exceeding their expectations through proactive (and automated) communication approach methodologies.
• Perform regular customer specific check-ins to aid in increased satisfaction. Set up and run customer meetings that proactively demonstrate our value to them and cover billing, capital investments, energy savings, new offering, supply options & related topics to meet expectations.
• Track all interactions with Brand’s customers using our CRM.
• Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
• Independently prepare and conduct regular reviews with the customer going over program performance including bi-weekly check ins and quarterly business reviews.
• Travel as needed to meet with customers.
• Responsiveness to assigned customer tickets and inquiries, including emergency or CSAT requests, that could occur outside of standard business hours
• Adhere to training, playbook, procedures and contact hygiene inside tech stack tools provided.
• Offload day-to-day CSTAT issues off the Account Executives to create additional selling bandwidth.

Program Manager

• Cultivate, manage, and expand relationships with Budderfly’s Utility and Energy Market partners while maintaining a personal touch with every interaction.
• Oversee program launches and guide coordination and project management as Budderfly grows its VPP programs.
• Contribute to VPP strategy & expansion planning.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Development, Marketing, Product, and our customer success team to ensure the highest level of program delivery and streamlined growth.
• Contribute directly to the development and implementation of strategies to meet internal growth targets.
• Coordinate with team members and departments to prioritize clients-reported issues and demands and maintain clear communication with clients.
• Manage and oversee the implementation and operation of demand response or VPP programs.
• Monitor program performance and make data-driven improvements. Assist with reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present reports on program performance to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in energy management.
• Work as a team to respond to RFPs or engage new business, occasionally leading the effort and coordinating new work with our Technical Product Manager to deliver new capabilities.

Manager

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical service professionals; conduct meetings, performance reviews, and training
• Oversee day-to-day technical services operations including scheduling, workload balancing, and performance monitoring
• Define, monitor, and drive KPIs such as response time, resolution time, first-time fix rate, customer satisfaction, and technician utilization
