About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Invoice Review & Processing: Audit project-related invoices, subcontractor invoice and applications, and service orders for mathematical accuracy
  • Project Financial Analysis & Cost Control: Monitor budget versus actuals, identifying potential cost overruns
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Operations to review project financial performance
  • Reporting & Analytics: Maintain reporting on contractor disputes, project cost variances, and realized savings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project accounting, construction finance, project controls, contract administration, procurement, or cost analysis
  • High level of independent work ethics and integrity
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Industry knowledge of construction and service is preferred
  • Accounting knowledge, US GAAP
  • Knowledge of NetSuite and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power point) preferred
