About the role
- Remote-based Sales Representative focused on the East Coast with preference for Boston–Billerica, MA
- Drive growth of Bruker’s Biosensors portfolio in the U.S. market
- Manage existing accounts and develop new opportunities across pharma, biotech, and academia
- Understand customer scientific needs and position biosensor solutions accordingly
- Build long-term relationships with strategic accounts and key opinion leaders
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM and provide business updates to leadership
- Develop and execute territory-specific business plan
- Maintain knowledge of Bruker technologies, competitors, and industry trends
- Represent Bruker at conferences, trade shows, and customer workshops
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success throughout the sales cycle
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related scientific discipline
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in life sciences, preferably with analytical instrumentation or capital equipment
- Strong background in biophysical techniques or analytical instrumentation preferred
- Proven ability to engage scientific stakeholders and manage complex sales cycles
- Self-motivated and organized with strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. and occasionally internationally
- Ideal candidate resides near Boston–Billerica, MA area
