Own and interpret turnover metrics, enhance the exit interview process, support ad-hoc reporting needs, and provide actionable insights that guide leadership decisions.
Support the administrative end of the employee engagement survey process and help identify strategies that strengthen our workplace culture.
Support HR Business Partners in talent management, career development, compensation, performance improvement, succession planning, and corporate/business initiatives.
Manage HR analytics and reporting with a strong focus on accuracy, insights, and compliance with audit controls.
Respond to routine employee questions, provide guidance on HR policies, and ensure consistent application.
Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and enhance HR processes, recommending innovative solutions.
Contribute to HR’s role in mergers & acquisitions, including due diligence, onboarding, and integration.
Take ownership of projects, manage timelines and deliverables, and collaborate across teams with minimal oversight.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 2 years related knowledge of HR policies, processes and HRIS processes
Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local HR laws and regulations.
Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges
The ability to flourish in a fast-paced and changing environment, in which multiple priorities need to be effectively managed.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
Ability to identify, drive, and participate in implementing process improvement actions.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel is required along with solid knowledge of MS Office and Power-Point
Experience with HR Information Systems
SHRM certification preferred, though not required
