Operate within the People team out of the New York City office and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Regional GMs, Social Impact, and Workplace Experience
Functionally report to the Director of Employer Brand & Employee Experience
Build initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and advocacy across the AMER region
Cultivate a strong organizational culture locally, implementing regional events & programs, and attracting top talent
Drive regional employee experience strategy and activate internal events that foster community in offices (Austin, Chicago, New York City, San Francisco, São Paulo) and remotely
Keep AMER employees & key stakeholders engaged/informed about company activities and spark advocacy across the employee lifecycle through a variety of communication channels
Support Braze communities (e.g. Employee Resource Groups, Clubs) and programs (e.g. rewards & recognition, surprise & delight)
Shape employee listening efforts to illuminate local insights, strengthen feedback loops and enhance action planning
Partner with key regional stakeholders (e.g. GMs, Workplace Experience) to deliver engaging experiences and address local needs/challenges
Own day-to-day relationships with local vendors, partners and agencies
Execute employer brand strategy by activating in-office recruitment programming and external events
Requirements
Experience creating and executing programs across employer brand, employee experience, communications, or marketing
A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Critical thinking skills that enable problem solving within a collaborative work environment
The ability to organize and juggle multiple, demanding tasks with accuracy and prioritize competing projects
Well developed interpersonal and communication skills that foster long-term stakeholder relationships and facilitate work cross-functionally
A creative perspective and flexible mindset to innovate beyond conventional programs and activations
Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal English language, with a flair for storytelling and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
Ability to work out of the New York City office and collaborate cross-functionally
