About the role
- As a Partner Success Coordinator you will provide key support to ensure the success of Shipt's partnerships with top retail brands nationwide
- Collaborating across various teams, you’ll help drive business growth and expand Shipt’s impact in the delivery market
- While no two days are the same you will coordinate project details by supporting partner success managers and directors (both on-site and remote) with daily tasks, projects, and reporting
- Help manage project logistics, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new retail partners and timely deliverables
- You will support partner communications by reporting, and relationship-building efforts with retail partners, including preparing materials for business reviews, updating partners on performance metrics, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance partnerships
- You will understand industry and partner needs by developing a deep understanding of partner operations to advocate for their needs within Shipt
- Also, you will work with internal teams to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions benefiting customers, shoppers, and retail partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in account support or coordination, ideally within technology, retail, or an agency environment
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset, building positive relationships with partners and internal teams
- effective communication and are comfortable interacting in both formal and informal settings with stakeholders
