About the role

  • Outbound prospecting in Spanish: identify, research, and engage new prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Inbound lead engagement in English: connect quickly with inbound leads, conduct discovery and qualification conversations
  • Dynamic multi-channel outreach using phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Join sales team meetings you scheduled and help move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Proactively reach out to inbound leads who have shown interest
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to refine sales development techniques and strategies

Requirements

  • Native English and Spanish speakers (written and spoken) — both languages will be tested
  • Hardworking, committed, and driven to grow and succeed
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Clear, persuasive communicator who can represent Agora with confidence in both languages
  • Strong relationship-builder who connects easily with new people
  • Well-organized with excellent time management skills
  • Analytical, with a data-informed approach to sales
  • Experience with sales tools is a plus, but not required
  • Able to work out of our Chelsea office 3-4 times a week
