- Identify, evaluate, recommend and manage proposals for strategic business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures
- Identify new growth and development opportunities including product design and development to support the organization’s strategy
- Conduct appropriate due diligence to ensure the reliability of information provided by any potential acquisition targets
- Provide analysis of business markets, trends, competition, portfolios, technologies, revenues and impact on the organization
