To be responsible for sales of the company's material & services such as projects, both new installations and service and repairs, within their geographical area of responsibility and other established customers
To carry out market analyses and budget sales and results within one's own area of responsibility
To quote for the sale of materials, installations and services within one's own area of responsibility within established procedures and certification rights
To visit and carry out inspections and needs analyses of the customer's property in agreement with the customer
To be ultimately responsible for their ongoing projects so that they follow established budget frameworks and that health and safety are considered
Work closely with your assigned project coordinator and, in agreement with him/her, continuously decide on the division of work (who does what)
To help outside one's own area of responsibility when necessary and to actively work to spread knowledge within the company to promote positive development of the company
Drive sales growth, maximize margins and strengthen Calderys' value proposition within the assigned segment
Requirements
Degree or equivalent in a technical field (Mechanical, Architectural or Chemical Engineering preferred)
Knowledge about refractories and associated applications and processes - preferred
Prior sales experience ideally within the refractory (or a market related) industry - perferred
Demonstrated leadership behaviours: Leads Self, communicates and collaborates, delivers results and drives improvement
Willing to make business trips abroad, mainly for Calderys Group meetings, when required
