About the role
- TAM serves as a trusted advisor, driving a cross-functional, unified customer experience across onboarding, adoption and business value realization
- Interacts daily with assigned customers; helps onboard, consume, adopt, and realize business value across the customer journey
- Works with Account Team and internal stakeholders; develops long-term relationships and alignment of technical goals to business objectives
- Participates in quarterly Business Reviews and provides insights on VMware by Broadcom solutions
- Receives quarterly training to enhance technical knowledge and soft skills
- Role requires travel up to 30% and is remote in NY/GA/FL/TX territory
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 12+ years related experience required
- Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g. TAM, Solution Engineer, or technology consultant)
- Experience with enterprise-level virtualization and VMware Cloud Foundation components (Infrastructure SDDC, NSX, Aria Operations, Aria Automation, Aria Operations for Networks/Logs, HCX)
- Ability to map VMware Cloud Foundation solutions to customer requirements
- Create and deliver roadmaps, assessments, and best practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
